TEAM SESSIONS
Train The Whole Roster
Mental performance workshops for high school, club, and college programs. Every team is different, so every session is built around what your athletes and coaching staff are actually up against.
How Team Sessions Work
Two ways to run it. Both cover the same mental skills work. The difference is how much structure you want.
Built Around Your Team
No two teams need the same thing. Sessions start with what your players and coaching staff identify as the real obstacles, then we build a workshop designed to solve those specific problems.
Or Run The Full Curriculum
Prefer a season-long plan? Choose a twelve-month track of pre-built workshops covering the mental skills we have identified as the keys to peak performance, sequenced so each session builds on the one before it.
What We Cover
Common workshop topics. Pick what fits your program, or tell us what your team is dealing with and we will build around it.
-
Staying focused, resilient, and confident under pressure. Holding a positive mindset, working through setbacks, and performing at your best even when things are going against you.
-
The fear or nervousness that shows up before or during competition and keeps an athlete from performing at their peak. We work through mental preparation, relaxation techniques, and rebuilding confidence.
-
The interactions and relationships between teammates. Communication, leadership, and conflict resolution, so the group can pull toward the same goal and the locker room stays a place people want to be.
-
Any injury, large or small, lands emotionally as well as physically. Every athlete wants to return to play, and the trauma of being hurt can affect relationships, team dynamics, how coaches see them, and whether they stick to their rehab.
-
Mental health in sport gets harder for athletes and coaches every year. The pressures athletic populations carry can be far heavier than what the general population deals with. This session gives teams practical tools for handling it.
-
The misuse of drugs and performance-enhancing substances by athletes. What it does to health, the ethical side of it, and why clean sport and fair competition are worth protecting.
Bring It To Your Program
Team rates depend on group size, how many sessions you want, and travel, so reach out and we will build something that fits your calendar and your budget. Sessions can be run in person or over video.
