Athlete Mental Health Awareness Night

A free evening for parents, athletes, and coaches

Monday, November 16 · 7:00 – 8:00 PM · Northwest Florida State College, Niceville

What we'll cover

  • The science behind performance under pressure, and why athletes look different in games than at practice

  • The mental challenges athletes face, and how to recognize when something is more than a slump

  • How parents and coaches can support an athlete without adding pressure

Who should come

Parents of athletes at any level, athletes from middle school through college, and coaches of any sport. No cost, no sales pitch, and you do not need to know anything about sport psychology to get something out of it.
